By submitting images, audio, and personal information to MotionFlex Films, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Image & Voice Representation
   Uploaded photos and voice samples may be used to generate AI-based visuals and voiceovers. While we strive for high accuracy, the final AI-generated image or voice audio may not be an exact replica of the original submission.

2. Creative Interpretation
   All content submitted is used for creative storytelling and cinematic enhancement. Minor artistic adjustments may be made to enhance the film’s visual or audio quality.

3. Content Usage Permission
   You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, all images, audio, and information you upload.
   You grant MotionFlex Films full permission to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content within your custom film project.

4. Privacy & Security
   All materials are securely handled and used exclusively for the purpose of creating your MotionFlex Film unless otherwise stated.
